Made by Alwin Eichler Company and sold by Max Schramm, Berlin.
Manufactured from 1900-1925.
Usually thought of as just an accompanying instrument but it was also designed to play the melody.
5 groups of chords with 43 strings.
Lovely condition for it's age - 100 years old! Very light crack on the back.
54cm x 37cm.
Comes with a tuning key and 1 partition that goes under the strings, a song in German!
...and will arrive tuned.
